Parry Sound Community Radio Association was incorporated under the Government of Canada - Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada - Corporations Canada on May 24, 2023. We are a federal incorporation registered as a not-for-profit organization. As such there is no profit or dividends paid to one or more private owners or shareholders. Any revenues made over and above expenses are reinvested in the undertaking.

Parry Sound Community Radio Association was established with the intention of owning and operating a community FM radio station for the West Parry Sound Area. Our Charter Board Members bring a great deal of experience and expertise ranging from the commercial broadcast industry, information technology, clerical and office procedures, grant writing, education and communications skills and more.
